I think it is finally time to write a blog update again. Cooper turned two on the 24th of September and we celebrated with and Elmo themed party. We were blessed to have some our family come up from Georgia for the party. We enjoyed celebrating with family and friends. I was not expecting Cooper to actually blow out his candle, but he did! The kids enjoyed playing pin the nose on Elmo and playing on the playground. The day of his actual birthday, we took a family trip to Hillridge Farms and picked out pumpkins. This was a lot of fun and Cooper loved the bounce house and slide they had a the farm!
I made a photo book of Cooper's 2nd year. This contains many memories and you can really see how much he has grown in this past year. How fast one year can go by! Here it is below. Link to photobook.
A picture from Cooper's Birthday party. He loved his balloons.
Cooper is becoming such a big boy now. He wants to do everything on his own. Cooper loves playing with cars and trains. He got some matchbox and hotwheel cars for his birthday and will spend hours pushing them around and watching their wheels go around. I think this is a boy thing. He likes pretending to talk on the phone, but he will not talk that much when his grandparents are on the phone and we want him to talk. The other day, he "called" someone and asked for 6 ice creams!( His favorite thing to ask for is cake and ice cream.) He was really excited to get to eat some on his birthday! Cooper has been trying some different foods lately, and has added fish to the food he likes. He also has decided everything tastes better with ketchup! He is a quick learner and is talking a alot. Cooper has learned all the letters of the alphabet now, so we are moving on to numbers and colors.
Mom and Dad are staying busy keeping up with him and are so thankful for what a blessing Cooper is in our lives.
